Answers need to be submitted by 11:59 PM PST on November 30, 2009, to receive CME credit and to have your answers included in the Survey. The Answers and Discussion for Cases 1 through 5 may also be found in the SSO section as a downloadable PDF file (click here to log on). Participants in the recent Philadelphia Combined SPP/PPS Fall Meeting, please note that Online Meeting Evaluations, Self-Assessment Module (SAM) post-tests, and CME/SAM claim forms are all available online (click here to log on).
