Slide Survey: Cases 13-18 Now Available until February 28, 2021November 1, 2020
Dear SPP Members and Slide Survey Subscribers,
It’s time to shore up your professional practice. Cases 13-18 of the 2020 Slide Survey are now available.
This is the last of three online mailings (6 cases each) for SPP’s Slide Survey Online Program.
Pathologists and pathology trainees alike have the opportunity to enhance their medical knowledge with this coveted online program that includes 18 virtual microscope slides, digital versions of the booklets, and the electronic answer- submission sheets, not to mention up to 18 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.™
Haven’t signed up yet? Enrollment is available through the end of the year. Enroll today!
*Please note that effective April 2020, institutional subscriptions are no longer offered. Doctors can purchase Slide Survey access through the website.
Past Slide Surveys (2015-2019) are available to pathologists-in-training (both SPP members and non-members). Your SPP Junior membership gets you access to all the past Slide Surveys + the non-CME 2020 Slide Survey. Medical students, residents and fellows can access non-CME Slide Survey here.
Don’t forget to sign in after purchasing to activate your subscription for the year.
Due to the change in the Slide Survey web-hosting site, there is a slight difference in how thumbnail images are displayed: once you click on the thumbnail image, please use the arrowhead pointing left at the top of the image (circled below). This will minimize the virtual "slide tray" and maximize the digital image. Otherwise, zooming in and out functions are similar to the previous Slide viewer.
The Slide Survey has been designated for a maximum of 18 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and approved by the American Board of Pathology (ABP) for Part IV (Performance in Practice) and Part II (Self-Assessment Modules) of the American Board of Pathology Continuing Certification Program. This program is an Accredited Self-Assessment Program by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the Canadian Association of Pathologists. For more information about CME/SAM credits, please also visit https://portal.spponline.org/online-store/merchandise.
The deadline to complete submissions for CME is Sunday, February, 28, 2021, at 11:59pm ET. We look forward to your participation.
